Job summary

Medielement Consultants is seeking an experienced Embryologist for an IVF facility in Defence Colony, Delhi. The role requires 4+ years in an IVF lab and a Master’s in Clinical Embryology. You will independently handle screening/denudation, IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfers, while ensuring daily documentation and lab QC.

The position involves routine semen/sperm handling, culture media preparation, and participation in QMS meetings. Located in Defence Colony, Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IVF lab.
• Experience with screening/denudation, IVF/ICSI, embryo transfers.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of screening/denudation, IVF, ICSI, assessments, thawing/vitrification and embryo transfers
• Monthly hygiene checks, calibrations and swab testing
• Daily case communication and documentation
• Participation in departmental QMS meetings, journal clubs and case discussions
• Sperm preparation, IUI preparation, gamete handling, basic embryo culture and grading, and media preparation
• Maintaining daily lab logs, witness records, equipment QC logs and consumable stock
• Media warming, dish preparation, oil overlay and daily incubator QC
• Managing the complete Andrology Lab workflow in the absence of manpower
