Job summary

Indira IVF Hospital in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Embryologist to perform ICSI, IVF, embryo transfer and cryopreservation of embryos, ensuring SOP compliance and infection control. The role requires hands-on expertise and accurate technique in embryology procedures.

The candidate should be familiar with incubator filters and Gardner grading, and possess knowledge of Laser Assisted Hatching, PGT and NICS. 4–6 years of Embryology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to perform ICSI, IVF, Embryo transfer and cryopreservation of embryos.
• Familiar with filters used in incubators for ICF and QA/QC parameters.
• Knowledge of Gardner Grading System of Blastocyst.
• Knowledge of Laser Assisted Hatching, PGT and NICS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform ICSI, IVF, embryo transfer and cryopreservation of embryos as per SOP.
• Ensure all procedures follow universal protection, biomedical hazard and infection control policies.
• Maintain QA/QC standards for incubators and related equipment.
• Stay updated with Gardner grading system of blastocyst.
• Apply knowledge of Laser Assisted Hatching, PGT and NICS when appropriate.
• Work with team to ensure quality and compliance in embryology procedures.

Role & responsibilities

• Should be able to perform ICSI, IVF, Embryo Transfer & cryopreservation of embryos
• Should be well versed with filters used in Incubators for ICF, how to change them, and other QA QC parameters about the same.
• Should be aware of the Gardener Grading System of Blastocyst
• Knowledge of Laser Assisted Hatching, PGT, and NICS will be an added advantage
• Ensure all procedures are carried out as per the SOP, & are compliant with the Policies on Universal Protection, Biomedical Hazard & Infection Control.
• Preferred candidate profile
• 4 - 6 Years of prior Experience in the Embryology Field who can individually perform ICSI will be preferable.
