Job summary

Recruito is seeking an experienced embedded hardware engineer to design PCBs and firmware for IoT and telematics products in Mumbai. You will create schematics, layouts, BOMs, and integrate sensors, power systems, and control circuits through the full product lifecycle.

You should have strong ARM Cortex‑M firmware skills, RTOS, CAN/CAN‑FD, and hands‑on experience with I2C/SPI/UART. Knowledge of GSM/LTE, GNSS, BLE, EMI/EMC, and regulatory compliance is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on embedded hardware and firmware development experience.
• Proficiency in PCB design with Altium or KiCad.
• Strong C/C++/ARM Cortex-M expertise.
• Experience with RTOS and CAN/CAN-FD.
• Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, OneWire.
• Experience with GSM/LTE, GNSS, BLE and IoT/telematics.
• Power management, EMI/EMC, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience taking products from prototype to production.
• AIS140, OBD-II, BMS and vehicle tracking preferred.
• Familiar with AI tools for engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
