Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Embedded C, C++ in professional setting.
• 5+ years experience working on embedded software in professional setting.
• Experience developing robust displays, HMI's and control systems for automotive and industrial applications.
• Strong understanding of ARM Cortex-M/A architecture.
• Strong experience working on Bare Metal / RTOS
• Experience working on communication protocols
• Excellent understanding and experience on Bootloader & Firmware Development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, test, and maintain firmware for 32-bit microcontrollers and embedded processors.
• Develop and integrate device drivers, bootloaders, BSP, middleware, and hardware abstraction layers.
• Participate in complete product development lifecycle including architecture, design, implementation, testing, validation, documentation, production support and continuous product improvement.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of modules and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++ with excellent understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, pointers, memory management, bit manipulation, interrupts and optimization techniques.
• Design, develop, debug, test, and maintain firmware for 32-bit microcontrollers and embedded processors.
• Strong understanding of ARM Cortex-M/A architecture, embedded system fundamentals, and low-level software development.
• Experience in Bare Metal and/or RTOS-based embedded firmware development.
• Develop and integrate device drivers, bootloaders, BSP, middleware, and hardware abstraction layers.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, IC, CAN, CAN-FD, J1939, Modbus, RS-485, USB, Ethernet, BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT, and TCP/IP.
• Good understanding of digital electronics, analog interfaces, hardware-software integration, PCB bring-up, and board-level debugging.
• Experience in interfacing various peripherals including ADC, DAC, PWM, Timers, RTC, Flash, EEPROM, FRAM, SD Card, Displays, Sensors and communication modules.
• Strong debugging skills using JTAG, SWD, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, CAN Analyzer, Protocol Analyzers, and other embedded debugging tools.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, version control, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative software development.
• Participate in complete product development lifecycle including architecture, design, implementation, testing, validation, documentation, production support and continuous product improvement.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of modules and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
