inTechNative in Pune is seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer to lead firmware development for complex embedded systems. You will own the firmware lifecycle from concept to production, bridging hardware constraints with high-performance software.

The role emphasizes architectural vision, mentoring cross-functional teams, and delivering mission-critical solutions for top clients. Strong C/C++, RTOS, and hardware integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in firmware design and hardware integration.
• Experience with RTOS architecture and bare-metal programming on ARM Cortex-M.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
• Proficiency in using hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.

Responsibilities

• Architect robust, scalable firmware solutions for next-generation embedded hardware platforms.
• Design low-level drivers and middleware to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Optimize system performance, power consumption, and memory footprint in resource-constrained environments.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to define board-level specifications and debug complex system issues.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best-practice implementation.
