Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Technical Expert to join our Advance Engineering team. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in microcontrollers, embedded hardware design, communication interfaces, power electronics, and system‑level architecture.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on next‑generation platforms, proof‑of‑concepts, technology exploration, and complex product architectures, while also mentoring teams and collaborating with cross‑functional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Advance Engineering & Innovation
- Work on proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs), feasibility studies, and new technology evaluation.
- Evaluate new semiconductor technologies, architectures, and components.
- Support VAVE, cost optimization, and future product roadmaps.
- Contribute to technology strategy and IP creation (patents, design know-how
Hardware Architecture & Design
- Define end‑to‑end hardware architecture for embedded electronic systems.
- Lead microcontroller‑based designs (8/16/32‑bit MCUs, SoCs, DSPs).
- Drive platform and modular hardware architectures for reuse and scalability.
- Perform component selection, power tree definition, and protection design.
Embedded Hardware Development
- Review schematics, BOMs, and PCB layouts.
- Hands‑on experience with Analog, Digital, mixed‑signal, and power electronics.
- Design and debug SMPS and power converters (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC, PFC, DC‑DC, HVLV).
- Support board bring‑up, debugging, and failure analysis.
Validation, EMI/EMC & Compliance
- Lead DVPR/DVP&R, Technology/product validation, and reliability activities.
- Experience in EMI/EMC debugging and compliance (CISPR, ISO, IEC, UL).
- Understanding on DFMEA, FMEDA, WCA, derating, MTBF calculations.
- Support pre‑compliance and certification testing.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as technical mentor and design reviewer for engineering team.
- Collaborate with product, hardware, software, system, validation, manufacturing and sourcing teams.

Qualifications
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Electronics, E&TC, Electrical, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in embedded hardware and electronics product development.
- Functional safety exposure (ISO 26262 / IEC 61508) is a plus.
- Patents, certifications, or global project exposure are desirable.
