Cyient in Bengaluru, India is seeking an automotive ECU software engineer for AUTOSAR-based development. You will integrate CAN/CAN-FD, Flexray, LIN and Ethernet protocols, and use ASCET for model-based design.
Strong C/C++ and Python skills are required to build reliable embedded software. Under supervision, you will contribute to architecture, coding, testing and debugging, ensuring AUTOSAR standards, RTE/BSW interactions, and project build processes are followed.
Good Knowledge in Inter ECU Communication Protocols CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray,LIN and Ethernet protocols
Good knowledge of Classic and Adaptive Autosar
Model based development using ASCET
Understands the flow of the AUTOSAR software from application till the underlying driver
Understands the functionality of RTE, OS scheduling concepts, ECU and BSW module state changes
Understand the AUTOSAR methodology (ECU extract contents, import of ECU extract into configuration tool)
Proficient in Autosar ComStack [Configuration and Integration] Good knowhow on E2E, Network Management, Partial Networking concepts, Multicore environment
Proficient in using Vector Canoe, Canalyzer, Debuggers, CAPL scripts
Good understanding of Automotive SPICE
Good working experience of SW build environment and Build process - compilation, Linking etc
Must have good programming knowledge in C/C++ and Python
Under direct supervision, works on the architecture and applied knowledge of coding an electronic microcontroller or components and ensure product works to specification. Assists in coding, testing, and debugging software or making enhancements to existing software . Writes programs according to specifications from higher level staff or Technical team.
