Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking an Embedded Audio Engineer in Bengaluru with 5+ years of experience in embedded audio systems. The role requires strong C/C++ programming skills, proficiency with audio streaming frameworks such as OpenMax, SOF, and ALSA, and familiarity with audio protocols like IIS, TDM, and PCM.

Candidates should be adept with measurement tools (CRO, Logic Analyzer, Audio Precision) and able to interpret schematics for hardware/software integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded audio engineering or related field.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Experience with audio streaming frameworks and drivers.
• Familiar with audio protocols such as IIS, TDM, PCM.
• Experience using test/measurement tools such as CRO, Logic Analyzer and Audio Precision tools.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets to support hardware/software integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and CMake for development and testing.
• Ability to communicate design using Visio or UML diagrams.

• Understands schematics and datasheets
• Usage of CI/CD, git, cmake for development tasks and unit tests.
• Familiarity with Visio or any UML diagram creator for communicating and creating design docs.
