Job summary

oCommerce LLC in Mumbai seeks an Email UI/UX Specialist to shape the visual experience of our customer emails. You will design templates, product showcases, and promotional layouts that drive opens, clicks, and conversions across multiple ecommerce brands.

• 5+ years of professional graphic design or email design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing and digital design work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing responsive, mobile-first email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms specifically, Klaviyo.
• Basic understanding of HTML email structure and design limitations.
• Experience designing for ecommerce brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and production accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Working closely with our Email & SMS Marketing Specialists, Creative Team, and Ecommerce Managers, you'll transform campaign concepts into beautifully designed emails that inspire customers to open, click, and purchase. This role is equal parts designer and conversion optimizer. You'll create compelling layouts, product showcases, promotional graphics, and mobile-first experiences while ensuring every email aligns with each brand's unique identity. From product launches and seasonal campaigns to automated customer journeys, your work will directly influence millions of customer interactions each year. We're looking for someone who understands that successful email design isn't just about aesthetics- it's about guiding attention, reducing friction, and creating experiences that convert.
