Job summary

boAt Lifestyle is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for our D2C ecosystem. You will design across websites, PDPs, PLPs, and landing pages, focusing on conversion and seamless customer journeys.

Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and CRM teams is required to translate business needs into effective design solutions. The role emphasizes user-centered design, information architecture, and strong Figma skills for prototyping and design systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital experience design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, UI design and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging experiences across web storefronts and PDPs/PLPs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, IA, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and CRM teams.
• Support A/B testing and optimization to improve conversion and journey
• Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Work with developers to implement design specs and ensure intended UX.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our fast-paced digital team and help shape intuitive, engaging, and conversion-driven digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX design, e-commerce journeys, user behavior, and conversion optimization, along with strong proficiency in Figma. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and CRM teams to create seamless digital experiences across our D2C ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across websites, e-commerce storefronts, product detail pages (PDPs), product listing pages (PLPs), landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
• Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Apply user-centered design principles to simplify navigation, improve product discovery, and create seamless customer journeys.
• Optimize CTAs, product discovery, cart, checkout, and purchase journeys with a strong focus on conversion.
• Work within and contribute to existing design systems, UI libraries, and component frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to translate business requirements into effective digital experiences.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation by developing alternative design solutions and creative variations.
• Conduct UX audits, competitor analysis, usability reviews, and other research to identify opportunities for improving the digital experience.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation and ensure the final product aligns with design specifications and intended user experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, UI design, interaction design, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, usability, user journeys, and responsive design.
• Experience designing for E-commerce, D2C, Consumer Tech, or other digital-first environments is highly preferred.
• Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and performance-driven design is an advantage.
• Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, brand requirements, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving ability is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates from NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, or equivalent design institutes are highly preferred.
