Job summary

FARO CREAFORM in India is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive global email campaigns. You will collaborate with international teams to deploy multilingual communications across languages, regions, and units, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.

You will build, test, and optimize email programs, work with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and contribute to global marketing initiatives with a strong focus on compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience producing and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, dynamic lists, and nurturing programs.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing.
• Experience with email testing and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with standardized processes and documentation.
• Understanding of email marketing compliance and consent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, configure, and deploy email communications using Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

• Support global marketing campaigns, newsletters, channel communications, and nurturing programs.
• Configure tracking parameters, personalization elements, links, and calls-to-action.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, tracking, and configuration.
• Create, maintain, and update email templates and reusable communication assets.
• Manage dynamic lists, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards across all communications.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams.
