Job summary

FARO CREAFORM in India is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to drive international campaigns and optimize communications across languages and regions. You will work with global teams to support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of email programs.

You will manage Pardot/SFMC operations, build templates, ensure brand consistency, and contribute to high-visibility projects while growing your career in a global technology company.

What you'll do:

• Build, integrate, configure, and deploy email communications using Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
• Produce and manage multilingual email campaigns in up to 9 languages
• Support global marketing campaigns, newsletters, channel communications, and nurturing programs
• Configure tracking parameters, personalization elements, links, and calls-to-action
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, tracking, and configuration
• Create, maintain, and update email templates and reusable communication assets
• Manage dynamic lists, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards across all communications
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Experience producing and deploying email marketing campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing
• Experience with email testing and quality assurance processes
