Job summary

HCLTech in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced EM/IR Engineer to contribute to advanced semiconductor designs. You will perform EM/IR analysis, ensure power integrity, and coordinate with Physical Design, Package, and Design teams to validate the power grid.

The role requires 5+ years in EM/IR, expertise with Voltus/RedHawk, and BE/B.Tech. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru, India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EM/IR Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Power Integrity and Reliability Signoff.
• Experience with Voltus, RedHawk, or similar EM/IR tools.
• Expertise in IR Drop Analysis, Electromigration Checks, and Power Grid Validation.
