Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hardware Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of hardware components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop embedded hardware systems using microcontrollers, PCB layout, and digital circuits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components of electronic devices.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of designed products to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Develop technical documentation for designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
  • Design and Development:
  • Design, develop, and test hardware components and systems.
  • Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using advanced CAD tools.
  • Select and source appropriate components and materials for hardware designs.
  • Testing and Validation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware validation.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware issues through debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for hardware designs, test procedures, and validation results.
  • Generate technical reports and documentation to support product development and regulatory submissions.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage hardware development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality and performance.
Skills and Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in hardware design and development.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) for schematic design and PCB layout.
  • Experience with hardware testing and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge on microcontroller and communication protocol such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, RS232, WIFI etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
