Job summary

Tag-Corporation in India is seeking a Hardware Testing Engineer responsible for testing, validating, and verifying hardware products and systems. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related engineering field with 2-5 years of experience in hardware testing or quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or quality assurance.
• Experience in electronic product testing and troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing of hardware products.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Verify hardware performance against technical specifications and standards.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, failures, and test results.
• Work closely with Design, R&D, Production, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain testing equipment, instruments, and calibration records.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support new product development and qualification activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.
