Experience in managing complete IT infrastructure & providing technical support to all

Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures

System Administration, management of backup & system restoration, installation & configuration of CISCO routers, switches, and Firewall, software & hardware devices,

Network Management, maintenance, installation and configuration of servers, network printer, routers, and switches

Assembling & dissembling installation of drivers

Technical Support, Addressing bottlenecks and ensuring maximum up time, smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems,making sure all IT meets industry standards,supervising help desk staff
