Job summary

Zuci Systems in India is seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customer software implementations across all phases. You will coordinate with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure successful configuration, testing and production deployment.

You will also train customers, facilitate EDI and integration testing, and adapt software to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating software implementation tasks with limited supervision.
• Experience as primary contact for a full implementation lifecycle: kickoff, configuration, testing, production.
• Experience with high-volume customers and strong organizational multi-tasking.
• Experience training customers via webinars or one-on-one sessions.
• Experience configuring software per customer specifications.
• Experience in testing software or assisting customers with testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• General understanding of B2B, EDI, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with XML; experience with data mapping tools preferred.
• Experience with TrueCommerce EDI products in implementation roles; or similar EDI providers.
• Experience with AI tools like Co-pilot or Claude is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to put in extra hours beyond standard schedule.

• Capable of working on multiple projects and with multiple clients and/or partners.
• Complete implementation tasks and coordinate activities with the customer, trading partners and other implementation team members.
• Mostly focuses on mid-size to larger projects.
• Assist the customer with training and usage of the solution.
• Facilitate the EDI testing process.
• Assist the customer with the integration testing process, including understanding of integration functions and integration mapping changes.
• Configure software solution in order to meet customer business requirements.
• Verify that solution functionality is accurate and complete.
• Identify and communicate implementation issues and elevate to Implementation Manager and/or Project Manager (or appropriate parties).
• Follow the EDI Project Management Methodology on all projects
• Responsible for working with internal and external resources to drive the successful completion of a project.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations.
• Identify and communicate software and mapping issues to technology and mapping teams.
• Works directly with other Implementation Specialists, Mapping Specialists, and other resources on assigned projects to ensure EDI testing is complete and accurate
• Recognize and document issues or concerns uncovered during the implementation process in order to promote future problems from re-occurring
• Provide timely task updates to the on all assigned tasks and responsibilities to the assigned Project Manager or appropriate parties.
• Keep project tasks and other key information up-to-date

Requirements

• Experience performing and coordinating project tasks for software implementations with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to serve as a primary contact for a new customer implementation that includes all phases of project lifecycle: kickoff, configuration, testing, and production.
• Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks with proven ability to keep organized and multi-task.
• Prior experience in training customers on application software including conducting training webinars or one‑on‑one customer training sessions.
• Prior experience in configuring software applications, based on customer specifications
• Prior experience in testing software, or working with customers on testing processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required
• General understanding of B2B, commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI), and supply chain processes required
• Familiarity with XML is preferred
• Experience with text editing and data mapping tools is preferred
• Experience with business systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Prior experience with TrueCommerce EDI products and services in an implementation role; or equivalent experience with or another B2B or EDI provider is desired.
• Experience with AI Tools such as Co‑pilot or Claude desired
