Job summary

UST in Bengaluru seeks an experienced EDI Architect to lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers on the OpenText platform. You will configure and test EDI maps and protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and VAN, and validate data mappings to meet business needs.

You will troubleshoot onboarding issues, document configurations, and collaborate with sales, customer service, IT to ensure smooth go-lives. Strong communication and a proven track record in B2B integration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8–12 years of experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and implementation.
• Experience with EDI/B2B integration platforms (OpenText, SEEBURGER) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
