Job summary

Dariya Hospitality Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai is seeking a skilled Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems across the hotel. You will inspect equipment in guest areas, respond to breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service.

The role requires an ITI or Diploma in Electrical, 1–3 years of hotel experience, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and shift work, including night shifts, to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or an equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Sound knowledge of electrical safety practices and procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems, equipment, lighting, and appliances throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and maintenance complaints in guest rooms and other hotel areas.
• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical installations and equipment.
• Ensure the proper functioning of lighting fixtures, power points, switches, distribution boards (DBs), and other electrical systems.
• Attend to electrical emergencies promptly and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and promptly report major electrical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow established hotel safety standards, electrical safety procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to attend to electrical and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations at all times.
