Job summary

Hotel Parle International in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on facilities technician to manage power supply, HT/LT, DG sets, emergency lighting, fire pumps, and guest room electricals.

With a Diploma/ITI in Electronics and at least 1 year of similar experience, you will ensure daily operations, fault reporting to insurers, and AMC as per SLA, while supporting cooling plants, panels, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electronics with a minimum of 1 year of similar experience.
• Young and dynamic
• Age : 18 to 25 years

Responsibilities

• In charge of Hotel Power supply HT/LT, DG Set, Emergency Lighting Inverter, Fire Pumps, Guest Rooms
• Machine Breakdown Intimation to Insurance Company and Claim amount recovery
• Carrying out AMC of Equipment as per SLA.
• Look after Operation of Air cooled Chiller Plant/Cooling Tower/Pumps, Electrical Panels and Emergency Lights DG Sets, STP, Soft services Team, Plumbing
