Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune district seeks an experienced electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance and troubleshooting for commercial buildings, including luxury hotels, hospitals and high-end construction projects.

Role requires ability to read blueprints, follow safety protocols and manage wiring, panels and circuit breakers with a contractor mindset. 5–7 years of hands-on experience and ITI/Diploma in Electrical are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical (or equivalent).
• 5-7 years of hands‑on electrician experience (contractor side preferred).
• Exposure to reputed construction companies, hospital projects, or luxury hotels.
• Strong practical knowledge of commercial building electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings & follow safety protocols.
