Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an experienced Electrician to operate lathe machines, perform precision fitting and fabrication, and inspect components in our Ambala facility. You will read engineering drawings, set up and calibrate equipment, and ensure safety standards on the workshop floor.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, an ITI or diploma in relevant trades, and the ability to work on-site in Saha, Ambala, Haryana. Immediate joiners preferred for urgent production schedules.

Qualifications

• ItI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or related technical trade.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations or engineering workshops.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and workshop equipment.
• Solid understanding of tolerances, metal fabrication and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings and specs for production runs.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, assembly and fabrication.
• Inspect materials and finished workpieces with vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Set up machines, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, PPE protocols and 5S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with supervisors, machinists and QA to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities
