Place Aura is urgently hiring an experienced Autoclave Fitter to join our engineering and manufacturing facility in Saha, Ambala, Haryana. The selected professional will handle machinery operations, fabrication, equipment maintenance, and component assembly with high precision and strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade, with hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations and precision measuring, and are ready for on-site

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade (Fitter/Turner/Machinist).
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations or workshops.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specs for production runs.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, assembly, and fabrication with workshop tools.
• Inspect materials and finished workpieces using vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Set up machines, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance.

Job Overview
Place Aura is urgently hiring an experienced and technical Autoclave Fitter to join our engineering and manufacturing facility in Saha, Ambala, Haryana. The selected professional will handle machinery operations, fabrication, equipment maintenance, and component assembly with high precision and industrial safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications accurately for production runs.
• Perform precision fitting, component alignment, assembly, and fabrication using workshop machinery and tools.
• Inspect raw materials and finished workpieces using precision measurement instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers).
• Execute routine machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to prevent unscheduled operational downtime.
• Adhere strictly to workplace occupational safety, PPE protocols, and 5S workshop housekeeping guidelines.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, machinists, and quality control inspectors to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or related technical trade.
• Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations, fabrication units, or engineering workshops.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools, lathe machines, cutting equipment, or electrical systems.
• Sound technical understanding of engineering tolerances, metal fabrication, and mechanical assemblies.
• Physical stamina and dexterity required for workshop floor activities and machinery handling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates residing in or near Ambala or willing to commute to Saha, Ambala, Haryana.
• Immediate joiners preferred for urgent production schedules.
