Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Technician role based in Tijara. The Electrical Technician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment used in HVAC, waste recycling, and plastic molding operations. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical faults, performing routine inspections, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting production teams to minimize downtime. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical drawings, working with wiring and control panels, and adhering to all safety and quality standards. The Electrical Technician will collaborate with engineers and supervisors to implement improvements, document maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components used in industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment, control panels, and machinery.
• Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices for working with live and high-voltage equipment.
• Basic understanding of automation, PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation used in HVAC and production systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field; relevant apprenticeship or industrial training preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tijara, respond to breakdowns promptly, and support shift operations when required.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing is beneficial but not mandatory.
