Job summary

Ashkom is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician in India for preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining electrical installations while adhering to safety standards.

Key duties include maintenance of PCC/MCC/DBs, VFDs, transformers, DG sets, lighting, and various electrical equipment, along with quick troubleshooting and compliance with maintenance norms.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PCC, MCC, DBs, VFDs, Transformers (33KV/11KV), and Power House equipment.
• Operate and maintain DG Sets and support HSD loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
• Repair and maintain ACB, VCB, Isolators, Projectors, Hand Dryers, Telephone & Data Points.
• Carry out maintenance of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Air Conditioners, Exhaust Systems, and other electrical utilities.
• Perform wiring, cabling, cable laying, glanding, and termination.
• Attend machine breakdowns and provide quick troubleshooting support.
• Ensure electrical safety, housekeeping, and compliance with plant maintenance standards.
