Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in a rubber, plastics molding, or continuous process manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of electrical breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in supervising electricians and coordinating with production teams.
• Ability to minimize machine downtime through effective maintenance planning and quick response.
• Good knowledge of maintenance documentation, safety standards, and MIS reporting.
• Familiarity with spare parts inventory management and procurement coordination.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts at Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune.
