This role entails analyzing technical drawings, preparing estimations, and certifying subcontractor bills, ensuring that the work adheres to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and overseeing electrical-related work at the site. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential, including the ability to submit accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical activities at construction projects.
• Analyze technical drawings and oversee layout work.
• Prepare estimations, BOQ, and prepare reports.
• Determine electrical requirements and monitor assigned electrical projects.
• Coordinate and monitor with other contractors and agencies appointed by the management.
• Certify subcontractor bills, interact with general contractors, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Understand contract documents, construction sequencing, and project schedules.
• Assist in the installation of electro-mechanical works and coordinate electrical-related material systems.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, inspectors, and relevant staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality documentation and records.
• Oversee and monitor all electrical-related work at the site.
• Estimate and assign resources for HT and LT works.
• Provide engineering and technical support for HT and LT works.
• Set daily targets and ensure their accomplishment for all electrical groups at the site.
• Submit daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and monitoring reports.

• Conduct quality assurance on electrical components and projects and prepare reports.
