Job summary

Blue Star in Pune district is seeking a site supervisor to oversee construction works in line with approved drawings and daily planning. You will coordinate with contractors and ensure timely progress while upholding safety standards on site.

The role requires meticulous material tracking, inspection planning, quality checks, subcontractor coordination, and accurate reporting with client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Verify the execution of works in accordance with the approved drawings and planning the work to be done for the day and addressing it to the contractors.
• Maintain record of materials received and used and the materials required for coming days for work, and closely follow it with the purchase team of the company for smooth and continuity of the works.
• Raise Request for Inspections for the works performed and maintain the Quality check record of the works executed and rectify the mistakes if found any.
• Issue of defects notification or change order in order to rectify any changes or modifications.
• Maintaining proper safety measures at the site and Coordinate with the safety department for regular audits at site.
• Attend site meetings, review meetings and share any issues related to site with the seniors.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for smooth execution of works.
• Regular follow up of works for timely completion.
• Maintaining time schedule at site. Send reports, labour attendance, labour records etc. to the concerned authorities.
• Verifying the invoices submitted by the subcontractors.
• Preparation and certification of measurement along with client representative.
