Job summary

MN Energy And Infra invites an experienced project engineer to oversee end-to-end rooftop solar deployments in India, from site surveys to handover, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

You will plan schedules, allocate resources, coordinate procurement and vendors, supervise installation teams, perform testing and commissioning, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with MNRE, CEA, BIS and safety standards while achieving budget targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects from site survey to project handover.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, system design, BOQ, SLD, and technical calculations.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and material planning.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, government authorities, customers, vendors, and internal teams for approvals and smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, commissioning records, and as-built drawings.
• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor project costs, material utilization, manpower, and overall project budget.
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, CEA, BIS, DISCOM guidelines, electrical safety standards, and company SOPs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.
