Ideal candidates should have expertise in project execution, vendor management, and safety compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. This position requires travel to various project sites across South India.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with safety practices and preparation of HIRA.
• Oversee erection, installation, and commissioning of PV power projects.

• Coordinate vendor management and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Handle statutory approvals and legal compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the solar industry to lead and manage rooftop and ground‑mounted PV projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in project execution, safety compliance, vendor management, and statutory approvals, with the ability to independently manage the entire project cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety practices, PPE requirements, and preparation of HIRA & site‑specific work method statements.
• Oversee erection, installation, and commissioning of PV power projects.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, reporting, risk assessments, and problem‑solving activities.
• Independently manage the entire project cycle from planning to completion.
• Verify that all work aligns with approved construction drawings, contracts, specifications, and applicable local/national/international standards.
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Handle statutory approvals and legal compliance related to project execution.
• Interpret and work with engineering drawings effectively.
• Travel and stay at various project sites across South India as required.
