Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience on motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, and PLC systems.
• Experience with LT panels, MCCs, VFDs, power distribution, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, and utility systems.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records and drive improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
