Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai, India seeks a candidate with hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical utilities and power generation systems. The role requires experience in the pharma sector, knowledge of regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM), and familiarity with quality systems such as CAPA and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in shift operations, root cause analysis, and equipment validation/qualification, contributing to compliant and reliable manufacturing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis for failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
• Experience working in a team environment and handling shift operations.
• Must have knowledge of root cause analysis of failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
• Troubleshooting of various systems.
• Good knowledge of Water System, including SOP, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, etc.
• Good understanding of equipment validation and qualification.
• Basic knowledge of working documentation.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM, etc.
