Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a qualified candidate for a Power Generation and Utilities role in Gurugram, Haryana. The position involves hands-on operation and maintenance of generator systems with 3000 kW+ capacity, working in shifts, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and CAPA processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in water systems documentation, root cause analysis, and equipment qualification, with exposure to regulatory audits such as USFDA and EDQM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
• Experience working in a team environment and handling shift operations.
• Must have knowledge of root cause analysis of failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
• Troubleshooting of various systems.
• Good knowledge of Water System, including documentation like SOP, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, etc.
• Good understanding of equipment validation and qualification.
• Basic knowledge of working documentation.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise shift duties for power generation systems and utilities.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs, deviation reports, CAPA, and risk assessments for water systems.
• Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
