Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a technically skilled professional in Bengaluru to manage and optimize power generation and utilities within a pharmaceutical setting. The role demands hands-on experience with large-scale power systems, strong RCA capabilities, and familiarity with regulatory audits.

The candidate will work in a team, support shift operations, and ensure robust preventive maintenance and water system documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
• Experience working in a team environment and handling shift operations.
• Must have knowledge of root cause analysis of failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
• Troubleshooting of various systems.
• Good knowledge of Water System, including documentation like SOP, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, etc.
• Good understanding of equipment validation and qualification.
• Basic knowledge of working documentation.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
• Support operation and maintenance of utilities to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shift operations and handovers.
• Identify root causes of failures and drive effective corrective actions.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Troubleshoot various systems and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain Water System documentation including SOPs, deviations, CAPA and risk assessments.
• Understand equipment qualification and validation requirements and contribute to documentation.
• Maintain working documentation and record keeping.
• Assist in regulatory audits such as USFDA, EDQM, etc.
