Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Gujarat is seeking candidates with hands-on experience in power generation and utility maintenance for shift operations. The role requires knowledge of root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and regulatory audit exposure.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, along with familiarity with SOPs, CAPA, and validation concepts. Location is Dahej, Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
• Experience working in a team environment and handling shift operations.
• Must have knowledge of root cause analysis of failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
• Troubleshooting of various systems.
• Good knowledge of Water System, including documentation like SOP, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, etc.
• Good understanding of equipment validation and qualification.
• Basic knowledge of working documentation.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM, etc.
