Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a qualified candidate with hands-on experience in power generation systems (start-up and distribution) and utilities operation/maintenance. The role emphasizes team collaboration, shift operation handling, and strong root-cause analysis skills.

Applicants should have exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM) and be familiar with water systems and documentation practices like SOPs, CAPA, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
• Exposure to regulatory audits and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
• Experience working in a team environment and handling shift operations.
• Must have knowledge of root cause analysis of failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
• Troubleshooting of various systems.
• Good knowledge of Water System, including SOP, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, etc.
• Good understanding of equipment validation and qualification.
• Basic knowledge of working documentation.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM, etc.
