You will coordinate multidisciplinary data using Navisworks and deliver detailed shop drawings and BIM documentation throughout project stages.

The role requires modeling up to LOD 500 including COBie asset management, with focus on power distribution, lighting, cable trays, and ELV systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of electrical/LV BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience modelling up to LOD 500 including COBie asset management.
• Model power distribution, lighting, cable trays, conduits, earthing & lightning protection, containments, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling and other ELV systems.
