Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families.
• Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models.
• Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements.
• Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling.
