Job summary

LT-Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute all electrical activities within the fabrication yard in Tamil Nadu. The role involves supervising installation, reviewing drawings/BOQs, and coordinating with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely project milestones.

On-site responsibilities include troubleshooting, material planning, QAQC coordination, and maintaining documentation to support testing,

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all electrical activities within the fabrication yard.
• Ensure electrical works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems, panels, cabling, and equipment.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams for smooth execution.
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of electrical milestones.
• Manage subcontractors and workforce for electrical activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality of electrical installations.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure proper material planning, availability, and utilization.
• Coordinate with QAQC for inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Support testing, commissioning, and energization activities.
