Powercon Ventures India Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer with 2–6 years of Wind O&M experience to join our Operations & Maintenance team. You will oversee safe, preventive, and corrective maintenance of ENERCON E-53 and E-48 wind turbines, ensuring optimal availability and performance.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong analytical abilities, and willingness to work at wind farm sites with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 2–6 years in Wind Turbine Operations & Maintenance.
• Hands-on ENERCON E-53/E-48 knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and SCADA.
• Willingness to work at wind farm sites and travel as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of ENERCON E-53 and E-48 WTGs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer with 26 years of experience in the wind energy sector to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of ENERCON wind turbines (E-53 & E-48).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of ENERCON E-53 & E-48 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimise turbine downtime.
• Ensure maximum turbine availability and generation performance.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Attend turbine breakdowns and perform corrective actions safely.
• Follow all safety procedures, LOTO practices, and company HSE guidelines.
• Coordinate with site teams and report daily maintenance activities.
• Support commissioning and testing activities whenever required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment.
