Job summary

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled electrical engineer with a valid C license to manage and oversee critical plant operations. The role involves CLRI check sheet preparations, preventive maintenance planning and follow-up, as well as conducting breakdown RCA analysis with effective countermeasures. The engineer will be responsible for restoring basic conditions through structured planning, handling critical spares procurement, including P.O, payment, and delivery, and preparing electrical energy consumption and maintenance expense data. Key duties include maintenance of EB panels (ACB/VCB/MCCB), transformers, air compressors, DG sets, and canteen lifts, along with plant patrol inspections and abnormality rectification planning. The position also requires driving continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizens under PQCDSM, ensuring operational efficiency and safety across all electrical systems.
