Job summary

Surbana Jurong India is looking for an Electrical Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in power distribution to supervise LT/HT works and drive project execution on site.

You will plan and monitor 33kV/11kV lines, substations, and distribution networks, inspect installations, coordinate with contractors and utility authorities, and prepare technical reports while ensuring safety and compliance with statutory norms.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–8 years of experience in power distribution projects.
• Preference for state utility / DISCOM projects.

• Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems

• Knowledge of Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd. (APDCL) standards
• Understanding of IS codes, CEA regulations, and safety norms
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government / PSU power projects
• Familiarity with GIS-based distribution systems (added advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
