Job summary

Renew seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead large industrial electrical projects at our Andhra Pradesh facilities. You will review SLDs, load lists and power requirements, coordinate interfaces for furnaces, utilities and facility systems, and drive energization and handover.

You will manage HT/LT distribution, transformers, switchgear and cabling, supervise contractors, ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence, and deliver milestones aligned with equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 10–15 years of industrial electrical project experience.
• Experience in large manufacturing facilities and energization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review SLDs, load lists, equipment power requirements, layouts, cable schedules and technical specifications.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces for furnaces, process equipment, utilities and facility systems.
• Review contractor/vendor submissions and resolve technical queries.
• Lead execution of HT/LT distribution, transformers, switchgear, MCC/PCC, UPS/emergency systems, cabling, earthing and lighting as applicable.
• Coordinate cable trays/routes and electrical work fronts with other disciplines.
• Monitor contractors, manpower, materials, quality, safety and schedule.
• Ensure testing of transformers, panels, cables, protection systems and earthing is completed and documented.
• Coordinate safe energization procedures, permits and commissioning priorities.
• Drive punch closure, statutory compliance and final handover documentation.
