Job summary

ELMECH AUTOMATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED requires a hands-on Electrical Panel Technician to lead assembly, wiring and testing of control panels. You will coordinate with assembly teams, review BOMs, prepare DAP documents and ensure 5S and safety in the work area.

The role involves reporting progress daily, supporting design discussions, and liaising with stores for materials while ensuring on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical control panels and assemblies.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage timelines.
• Familiarity with CAD tools for panel layout.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with assembly team and plan manpower.
• Update manager on project status after design reviews.
• Coach team to improve skills and safety.
• Inspect panels and electrical assemblies per Elmech standards.
• Prepare panel layout in AutoCAD and GA diagrams.
• Prepare DAP documents with costing and obtain MD approvals.
• Coordinate with stores for BOM and materials.
• Lead wiring, testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare technical sales BOMs and costings as needed.
• Ensure 5S and safety in the working area.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Meeting With the Assembly Team & Planning Manpower for the projects with the Manager
• Update Projects Status to the Manager at the end of the attending a design review meeting & explain to the team
• Coach the team and need to Improve the team skills
• Inspection of the Pannels, Electrical Assemblys & All Points Regarding (Elmech Standards)
• Studying about the projects & Also need to Convey to the concern Team
• Need to collect the Materials needed from the Stores as per the BOM Must take the responsiblities of the materials
• Every day the work schedule must be reported to the manager before starting the work
• Responsible for all assembly & Commissioning activities
• Attend a product selection meeting & Share Valuable Suggestions
• Technical Sales BOM Preparation with costing based on customer RFQ/Previous M/C Ref / Make approval list
• Discussion with design for concept and initial BOM Preparation
• Enquiry send for supplier and comparaition quote preparation
• Initial BOM Preparation with componenet selection with calculation
• Panel GA & layout preparation in autocad
• Electrical cercuit preparation in E plan Software
• DAP Document preparation with costing preparation and discussed with MD for costing
• Finalized DAP Document sent and customer discussion point to be updated, if extra or newly added items informed MD
• Lond lead items will be ordered once DAP Completed along with MD Approval
• Final Design Release document preparation and handover the documents to assembly electrical team management to complete the entire projects
• Material Followup for released projects
• Electrical Team management for wiring & programming
• Customer support for mannual documents and program correction arangement
• Need to maintain 5S & Saftey Regulations in the working Area
• To build the panel layout as per the design
• Involving in assembling the wiring and electrical componenets
• Testing of electrical control pannels according to specific design and standareds
• Routing wires crimping,lugs,ensuring proper connection
• Maintaining a soft & organised work area
• Collabrating with other member to complete the workas per the time given
• To set VFD & Bowen and liener controler
• Involving Drilling and tapping for mounting componenets
• Ensuring Materials follow electrical items
• Pannel wiring work & pannel cable duct work
• Need to maintain 5S & Saftey Regulations in the working Area

Compensation: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
