Job summary

FIST Engineering Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeling professional to develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment in Mangaluru.

You will prepare electrical layouts, create Revit families, and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to deliver models up to LOD 400/500, while adhering to BEP, BIM standards, and QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Experience in LOD 400/500 modeling.
• Knowledge of Revit Family Creation & Management.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Experience with GCC/Middle East projects is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Prepare detailed electrical layouts, services, equipment, containment, and coordination models.
• Create and manage Revit families as per project requirements.
• Develop models up to LOD 400/500 standards.
• Perform BIM coordination and identify/resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Follow project-specific BEP, BIM standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Support BIM Coordinators/Team Leads in project execution and deliverables.
• Ensure models and drawings are accurate and delivered within project timelines.
