Job summary

ODE Consultants Pvt Ltd. in Noida seeks an experienced BIM Lead - Electrical to head electrical BIM delivery for building-services projects. You will leverage Revit MEP skills and lead a team to deliver accurate models and documentation.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing resources, and ensuring timely, quality project delivery on data centres and international projects including UK/USA/Middle East where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in electrical BIM and building-services projects.
• Proven experience leading BIM teams and managing project deliverables.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building-services systems and construction requirements.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring and quality control.
• Exposure to UK, USA or Middle East projects will be preferred.
• Data centre project experience will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of electrical BIM models and project documentation from project initiation through final submission.
• Plan project activities, define deliverables and allocate work to BIM modelers and engineers.
• Review project scope, design inputs, BIM requirements and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models when required and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage modelling and coordination of power, lighting, cable containment, grounding, fire alarm and associated electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and other disciplines.
• Lead clash detection, coordination reviews and resolution of technical and constructability issues.
• Review Revit models, drawings, schedules, quantities and other deliverables before submission.
• Monitor project progress, team workload, resource requirements and delivery risks.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, naming conventions, model requirements and quality procedures.
• Delegate work effectively and support the technical development of team members.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients regarding priorities, design changes and project deliverables.
• Participate in client and project coordination meetings and provide clear technical updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Job Summary

ODE Consultants is looking for an experienced BIM Lead - Electrical to lead electrical BIM delivery across multidisciplinary building-services projects.

The candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in Revit MEP and electrical BIM coordination, along with the ability to manage teams, allocate resources, plan deliverables and ensure timely, accurate project delivery. The role requires both technical capability and project leadership, including coordination with internal teams, engineers, clients and other project stakeholders.

Experience in data centres and international projects, particularly in the UK, USA or Middle East, will be preferred.
