M/S Centric Steel Limited in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Incharge with extensive ERW Tube Mill electrical maintenance experience. You will work on AC/DC motors, drives, PLC programming, cranes and compressors, and maintain electrical control panels to keep systems safe and orderly.

Candidates should show hands-on knowledge of HF solid-state welding, root-cause analysis, and vibration-free preventive maintenance planning.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in ERW Tube Mill Electrical Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Tube Mill, Slitter and cutting machines.
• Maintenance of AC/DC Motors, Drives, PLC programming including Cranes and Compressors.
• Maintenance knowledge on HF Solid State welding; root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Electrical Control Panels and their upkeep.
• Shift breakdown and shutdown management.
• Capability to manage engineering facilities and energy consumption within budget.
• Ability to handle new projects and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Design and maintenance of PCC & MCC panels and associated control circuits.
• Team-oriented with strong housekeeping and safety focus.

• Handle shift breakdowns and shutdowns.
• Plan and implement breakdown/Preventive maintenance schedules to increase machine uptime.
• Coordinate PLC programming and wiring tasks as needed.

Position: Electrical Maintenance Incharge
Skills Required: Must have relevant experience in
ERW Tube Mill Electrical Maintenance.
Understanding of Technical Specification of Tube Mill and Slitter and cutting machines and should be able to handle Electrical maintenance of AC/DC Motors, Drives, PLC Programing including Cranes and Compressors.
Should have Maintenance Knowledge on HF Solid State welding and skills on problem identification and finding root cause and taking actions to eliminate the recurrence on the root causes.
Knowledge and understanding about Electrical Control Panels, Control desks, maintenance and upkeeping of the same in tidy condition.
Should be taking responsible for shift breakdown and shutdown.
Should be ensuring the utilization of all Engineering facilities.
Should be capable of handling new projects from time to time.
Planning and Implementation of Breakdown/Preventive Maintenance schedules to increase the machine up time.
Creating Applications, Downloading/ uploading program, communication with PLC along with PLC programming and wiring.
Should have experience with automation solutions with brands Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi
Designing of control and power circuit & Maintenance of PCC & MCC panels
Should be able to maintain critical spares stock and control Energy consumption and maintenance cost within budget
Should be good in handling manpower, maintain good house-keeping and safety well beings of self and co-workers/helpers.
Should be able to work in a team, build a good team working, disciplined and hard working
