Job summary

MRF in Dahej, Gujarat, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Leader with 10–18 years of relevant experience to drive PLC programs, manage electrical and automation teams, and ensure reliable operation of utilities and drives.

The role requires expertise in Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, motor drives, transformers, VFDs, and preventive maintenance planning, with a focus on energy efficiency and equipment reliability. Migration to advanced controls and SOP adherence is expected.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechatronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• Experience of 10–18 years in Electrical maintenance.
• Academic minimum 60%.
• Experience in leading Electrical and Automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Expert in modification or implementing new PLC programs.
• Extensive experience with ALLEN BRADLEY / SIEMENS PLC.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of utilities: boilers, chillers, compressors, DG sets.
• Expertise in motor drives (AC & DC) and transformers.
• Knowledge of VFDs (ABB, AB, Siemens drives).
• Experience with servo drives and preventive maintenance planning.
• Testing and troubleshooting of equipment to resolve issues.
• Experience with transformers and LT motors.
• Involvement in energy-conservation initiatives.
