Job description

Job Overview

3D Modeling using latest version of S3D/E3D & 2 D Drafting and developing layout engineering deliverables using latest version of MicroStation, AutoCAD in Electrical discipline.

Preferred Experience

(Offshore Project Design Experience in Greenfield Process Platform/ Greenfield Well Platforms and some Offshore modification Projects will carry more weightage. Clients: ONGC/Saudi Aramco / Qatar Energy / other reputed IOCs)

Role

To execute the 3D Modeling and some 2D Drafting activities in a Project.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• The candidate should have good 3D Modeling & Extraction experience of Cable Trays, Supports, Light Fixtures and Supports/Electrical Equipment like Panels, Transformers, Junction Box’s, Receptacles, LCS, MCT’s, Batteries with racks, Lighting Switches, Sockets, Navigational Aid Lanterns, Solar Panels with appropriate mounting arrangement.
• Should be adept in understanding and using necessary attributes for desired extraction output governed by Macros set by 3D Administrator.
• Generate Isometric & Section Views and report for MTO (Cable Trays & supports, etc.), WCR etc. from 3D Model.
• Coordinate 3D modeling with other disciplines (e.g. Structural, Piping, Instrumentation, Mechanical, 3D Coordinator/Administrator) for necessary inputs and clash‑free modeling.
