Overview

We are looking for a talented Robotics Engineer to join our growing team in India. The role requires experience in ROS 1 and ROS 2, with knowledge of related robotics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work on the implementation of ROS packages/algorithms for mapping, localization, sensor fusion and navigation.
• Have intermediate knowledge of robotics, ROS1 and ROS2, multi-threaded applications, SLAM, VSLAM. LIDAR and depth cameras are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Gazebo, URDF models, manipulation, motion planning, and robot navigation.
• Work with hardware such as motors, encoders, drivers, microcontrollers (8/16/32 bit, e.g., Atmega 8, Arduino), and single-board computers (e.g., Raspberry Pi).
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTP.
• Proficiency in Python/C++ or other scripting languages, image/video processing, and machine learning/deep learning algorithms.
• Communicate ideas effectively to colleagues with varying levels of technical background.
• Collaborate with engineers from different departments.
• Strong mathematical foundation relevant to robotics (probability, algebra, calculus).
• Experience with ROS2/ROS1, motion planning, and navigation stacks.
• Electrical hardware knowledge (motors, drivers, controllers, Arduino).
• Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience as a Robotics Engineer.
